This policy applies to orders placed with Ace of Spades (Ednow Tech Services Pvt Ltd). Please read it before placing an order.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver within Pune (including PIN codes 411001–411062, 410501, 412101 and 412207). For addresses outside Pune we do not arrange delivery; such orders are sold ex-works, meaning you collect the goods from our Pune facility or arrange your own transport. Contact us before ordering if you need this.
2. Shipping charges
Delivery within Pune is free. Transport for ex-works orders is arranged and paid for by the customer.
3. Order processing and delivery time
- Standard-size products: delivered within 3 working days of order confirmation.
- Custom-size and made-to-order products: delivered within 7 working days of order confirmation.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM IST are counted from the next working day.
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, transport disruption, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery of heavy products
Racks and lockers are heavy. Please make sure the delivery location has proper access and that people are available to help unload.
5. Order tracking
We will share dispatch and delivery updates by phone or WhatsApp.
6. Defective or incorrect products
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We will replace confirmed defective products. Full terms are in our Return & Replacement Policy.
7. Cancellation before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
